lumen dei

As the planet moves through an unprecedented shift, now, more than ever, it’s important to hold your light.

Keep returning to your center.

Collectively, we need to raise the vibration from fear to love.

Share love. Be kind.

A great friend always reminds me that when I am lonely and when I am scared, to make someone else’s day better. It works, every time.

It’s ok to wobble. It’s ok to be scared. I am.

But I keep reminding myself of that simple sentence. I am. I am. I am.

Find your mantra. Find your center.

WE CAN DO THIS….

Let’s choose love over fear.

Let’s think beyond ourselves and for the health and welling-being of each other and the planet.

Here’s a zen playlist to infuse your home with extra ease.

In the upcoming weeks I will be streaming live donation classes via Zoom stay tuned!

~ lumen dei ~

‘The light of the divine has two aspects. One is what is what it is traditionally known as the lumen dei – the light of God -which is really the divine light of one’s higher Self. It is a very, very beautiful light. It is very clear, very simple; it just is.  It is the light of God as you can see it as a human being. Of course, the real light of God you cannot see. You become blinded by it. It is said God has 70,000 veils of light and 70,000 veils of darkness to separate us from experiencing the true light of the divine, which would burn you away. But there is lumen dei that we have within us – our divine light. And when you pray to God your light raises up to God. When you really pray to God there is a light, a spark. You can see it, in a way, from outer space that spark that rises up to God from the heart of the human being. It is very beautiful.  If you go deep in meditation, you discover that the divine light is within you. It is like a diamond, very clear, very pure, very beautiful.’

~fight for your right to the light ~

‘To find your way, you will need courage. Lots of it. If you don’t have it, fake it until you make it. Soulshapers are artists, but they are also warriors. It is no easy feat to shape the inner world. You need the heart of a lion to overcome the odds. You need to fight for your right to the light.’
